ODCreate has delivered a CAT B design and build project for a trading strategy consultancy. The L-shaped building required a complete restructure as the commercial space was originally open-plan and did not meet the clients needs for partitioned offices.

The brief was to create a modern office space with a twist. A company that prides itself on being different to a traditional consultancy, the client wanted to incorporate playful elements that represents the energetic nature of its culture, whilst maintaining an element of conservative professionalism throughout.

Grainger

ODInteriors has delivered a comprehensive CAT B fit-out project for Grainger at 3 More Place London. Collaborating closely with Tonik Edge, we created a sophisticated and upscale scheme tailored to Grainger's needs.

The open-plan space required complete development across the third floor, including a welcoming reception area, a number of exclusive meeting rooms, and a vibrant café hub intended to serve as a central gathering point for the company's staff, resulting in a full electrical installation, as well as a mechanical set-up.

55 Drury Lane

ODInteriors were appointed to deliver a CAT A fit-out and refurbishment works for our client Hollis Global at 55 Drury Lane. The CAT A works were conducted over levels 1 and 2, consisting of main toilet core refurbishment and the installation of DDA toilets. The floor plates on levels 1 and 2 were also extended within the existing atrium to provide additional floor space. The atrium floor plate extension was completed with new balconies, and fire rated glazed screen. The atrium was presented with planter to levels 1, 2, and 3.

ODInteriors delivered a light-touch refurbishment of the reception area as part of the project. Refurbishment works included the addition of new feature ceiling, new feature rear wall around existing lifts, a refresh of the reception desk and redecoration accordingly. A new feature living wall was installed with new feature planting.

Microsoft

Due to a growth in headcount, Microsoft needed to expand their current office space on the 4th floor down to the 2nd floor in Cheltenham House. ODInteriors was therefore appointed to deliver a 5,000 sqft fit-out of the 2nd floor as well as refurbishments to the 4th floor.

The project was designed and delivered under Microsoft's bespoke sustainability deliverables which comprises of handpicked elements of LEED. Critical to the delivery of the Microsoft project has been the verification and approval of materials with no added formaldehyde and low VOC, installation of increased HVAC filtration and the monitoring and reporting of construction and demolition waste.

The Avebury

ODInteriors were tasked to deliver a CAT A fit-out for client Cadogan Income Properties, for newly-named The Avebury, Milton Keynes.

Refurbishment works were conducted throughout the whole building, including the installation of new floors, ceilings, M&E services throughout, and 2 new lifts.
Structural works were conducted to the roof terrace, which was key to the client in order to uniquely position the property amidst other buildings in Milton Keynes.

Meadows Business Park

Meadows Business Park is comprised of four buildings in Blackwater Camberley.
The first phase of the project focused on the internal and external refurbishment of buildings two and three, including office extensions, a new café, WC refurbishment and CAT A fit-out of the office space.

The second phase of the project took place in building one of the business park. The works comprised of an atrium extension to the building entrance, WC refurbishment and CAT A fit-out to the office space including full service replacement. For this phase, we are aiming to achieve BREEAM 'Excellent' rating, and EPC A.

Dentsu

Dentsu is a multinational media and digital marketing communications company, headquartered in London.
ODCreate were tasked to deliver new spaces to the 2nd, 7th and 8th floors to help create new and inspiring areas, allowing each team to collaborate more effectively. The new workspace should foster creativity and inspiration whilst supporting collaboration through a flexible space.

ODCreate reconfigured the open plan office to make better use of the space whilst adding personality in colour. A new open and central breakout space was introduced, celebrating the views of London’s iconic skyline.

Fleet Place House – Project Heron

ODInteriors returned to Fleet Place House in Farringdon to refresh space in the building, transforming it into a modern and desirable workplace for new and existing tenants. Our brief was to refurbish the building’s common areas and sub-basement, fit-out the reception space, convert the basement into brand-new end-of-journey facilities and return two floors of the building to CAT A space while working towards a BREAAM Very Good rating.

Working From_The Hoxton

ODInteriors was appointed, working with Gardiner & Theobald, to deliver a new coworking space at Wedge House in Southwark for Hoxton Hotels.

The Cat B fit out comprised of Levels 7-11 (located above the hotel guestrooms floors) coworking offices and desks, café/winter garden on Level 12 and a reception area on the ground floor.

The overall design features exposed M&E services and brickwork combined with natural tones to complement the industrial feel. Level 12 is a multi-functional space with a separate wellness studio and winter garden.

Our client is a very high-functioning private equity firm that invests in businesses worldwide at the top of their respective markets.
Our client is interested in key industries where growth can withstand the economy’s fluctuations, including business services, food and consumer, general industrials and healthcare. The firm decided to move into 78 St James’ Street and was keen to undertake a full CAT B fit-out of the entire third floor. With a headcount of 65 and 14,000 sq ft of space, our client needed an office environment that could hold a reception area, 21 cellular offices, 7 meeting rooms and an open-plan workstation to accommodate 42 individuals.

With offices across five continents, the firm has been continuously devoted to solving the toughest legal issues faced by major industries. Atlantic House is the firm’s largest office, advising some of the world’s biggest corporations and financial institutions. Hogan Lovells sought eleven more offices, a redesign of open plan workspace and new meeting rooms to suit employees’ working styles when they are in the office.

ofi (formally Olam) are a global leader in food and beverage ingredients. They provide F&B manufacturers with natural and sustainable products and ingredients.

Their purpose to ‘Be the change for good food and a healthy future’ drives all that they do so naturally it was a key part of their approach in creating their new workplace. ofi took space on the 5th floor of the Adelphi building, on the London embankment. A prime location in an iconic art deco building seemed like a fitting place to work for the brand.
